I first met Oscar when he worked with my mother on a reverse mortgage. I was impressed with the patience and clarity with which he explained the process. He answered her questions and concerns, as well as those of myself and my father. When my mother later passed away, it was an easy decision to ask him to represent me in selling her house. Yes he is a real person, I purchased a home in Long Beach and came across Oscar in a open house, I was also fortunate to meet Lisa our realtor so Amazing by the way. The home buying process in general can be overwhelming be prepared. Our process was explained in detailed from the beginning and getting started with him was easier than expected big Kudos to their introduction packets as it has a super neat breakdown of everything to be expected ask for it and thank me later. Communication was A+ he was immediately available and always responsive and open about our process or any questions we had, don't be afraid to ask questions!!!. Be prepared for negotiation and be upfront of what your expectations are to him and he is quick to deliberate options available for you. My process was fast!!! and I did I say fast!! Yes if you have assistance from someone outside that can help you get ahead even better, but as soon as I asked him what was next, he was prepared to deliver the information immediately. Super happy with the escrow assigned as well, they are on top of everything as well as Oscar and his team. His professionalism and experience is noted very early. Again, I'll emphasize that you are in charge of the negotiation and have their assistance throughout the process.
