In my humble opinion, Oscar Trejo is Southern California's finest. In this business you have to be more than just a realtor. You have to be a therapist and a great communicator as well.
My mom had to downsize because of the financial burden. She didn't want to part with the home because of sentimental connection. Oscar explained to her the financial freedom she could have in the future. My mom is not a nice walk in the park, but Oscar kept is calm demeanor and explained everything step by step to her.
Oscar was able to sell her home and then turned around and found her a new home in a very nice neighborhood to fit her needs.

I met Oscar Trejo A little over 26 years ago I met Oscar through my brother at the time Oscar to me. He was a young kid. I didn’t really think he had that much of experience (boy) was I wrong. Oscar has been my personal real estate agent for the last 26 years. I was at the time a small-time investor I just turned 60. Oscar has helped me purchase and sell and refinance.
