Here’s a little bit about myself since you may not know me. I served in the United States Marine Corps (1993-1997) and the Reserves (1997-2001) and was Honorably Discharged. Since 1997, I’ve worked over 25 years in the Real Estate and Financial Services Industries. Over the years, I earned a knowledgeable and successful background as a Real Estate Salesman and Lender. My experience has allowed me to develop and hone skills like negotiating and avoiding pitfalls such as being able to immediately decipher between good and bad offers. Able to identify market trends in advance and to share with my clients so as to help them make a more informed decision. There are many more skills, all which are indispensable assets to my Seller’s. These are skills which can only be learned through experience. Over the years I’ve learned to build a team around myself that shares my same values an...d goals to provide clients with the best service. This is how I’m able to work with motivated Sellers and well qualified Buyers, and have become to be known in the Real Estate Community as a Broker that “Get deals closed". Also, for the last 5 years I have volunteered my time by serving on various committees at the Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS such as the Pro-Standards Committee which is comprised of trained, former Grievance Committee members which help the public when they have an issue with one of our members.
